Day Two

Well cheat day came early with a Veterans Day celebration. Good food, and for a very worthy cause as Scott's best friend celebrated his retirement from the Marine Corps.

Breakfast
  • Bacon and eggs with spinach and chives
  • Coffee

Lunch (naughty meal)
  • Roast beef sandwiches
  • Cheesy mashed potatoes
  • Fruit
  • Cake
  • Beer, from beer pong
Dinner
  • Sage roasted turkey legs
  • Sweet potato pancakes over a bed of spinach
  • 2 glasses red wine
Exercise
  • CX Works
Overall I'm feeling good, even with the very bad midday meal.
