Day Five

Recovered enough to workout at lunch time with a 1000 meter swim. Long day at work with a mixer at the end of the day of it and I cheated due to what was available.

Breakfast
  • Banana spinach smoothie
Lunch
  • Leftover roast chicken and roasted vegetables
Snacks
  • Work event-ate a few bites of crab pasta, was quite famished with the midday workout.
Dinner
  •  Smoked salmon nori rolls
