Day Four

Amen to feeling like a whole new woman! Amazing what modern medicine and cranberry juice can do.

Breakfast
Spinach and banana smoothie

Lunch (work event)
Tri tip
Vegetables
Caesar salad

Dinner
Grilled flank steak with peppers and onions
Roasted beets and fennel
