Day Five
Recovered enough to workout at lunch time with a 1000 meter swim. Long day at work with a mixer at the end of the day of it and I cheated due to what was available.
Breakfast
Banana spinach smoothie
Lunch
Leftover roast chicken and roasted vegetables
Snacks
Work event-ate a few bites of crab pasta, was quite famished with the midday workout.
